Returns and Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Eligible items may be returned/exchanged for store credit within 15 days of purchase, pending inspection. The hair MUST be in its original packaging and have original intact and uncut bands. Products that have been washed, dyed, installed, untied, or tampered with are not eligible for store credit or exchange. ALL THINGS MUST BE IN PLACE TO HONOR THE EXCHANGE. RETURN/EXCHANGE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with items that are returned to sender/undeliverable.
